The Manipura Chakra, or Solar Plexus, is the third energy center in the yogic system. Located above the navel and below the chest, its Sanskrit name means “lustrous gem,” symbolizing inner power and radiant energy. Governed by the element of fire (Agni), and a sacred sound of “RAM”, it represents strength, confidence, and transformation.
This chakra fuels vitality, determination, and the courage to act. Its downward-pointing triangle shows the flow and expansion of energy, while its ten-petaled lotus represents the ten life forces (Pranas) that sustain the body. It is also the meeting point of two powerful energies — Apana Vayu (downward flow) and Prana Vayu (upward flow) — bringing balance and harmony within.
When the Manipura Chakra is not awakened, one begins to doubt own strength. Willpower weakens, negativity lingers, and life feels unclear and directionless. When these negative emotions deepen, they make purposeful action feel difficult.

Manipura Chakra Guided Meditation
Under the loving guidance of Maa Chaitanya Meera, an exceptional meditation on the Manipura Chakra named “Gibberish Meditation” awakens the inner fire of strength, clarity, and confidence.
First taught by mystic Jabbar and later revived by Osho, this dhyan allows a sadhak express emotions and mental clutter through nonsensical sounds.
This powerful Sufi-inspired dhyan becomes a living fire of transformation resulting in releasing all inner tension and repressed feelings. When the gibberish ends, deep silence naturally follows — a silence filled with awareness and peace.
